(New York) – February 19, 2014 – Fashion Week in New York City has come to a close and Strength of Nature, LLC – the maker of African Pride, Beautiful Textures, Mega Growth, Elasta QP, Soft & Beautiful, TCB and Proline – concluded a week filled of fun and fashionable events where Beautiful Textures was front and center on the runway and in the hands of today’s media influencers and tastemakers.
On Tuesday, February 10th Angela Simmons presented a show that featured models wearing designers from a multitude of backgrounds which are sold on her e-commerce site Angela I Am. Guests were able to take photos in front of the Beautiful Textures banner as a representative talked Beautiful Textures products while they snapped pictures with the products. The presentation entitled “Electric Daze” did not disappoint. With neon lights being at the center of it all, celebrities such as Russell Simmons, Zendaya Coleman, Adrienne Baillon, Ashanti,Yandy Smith, Big Ang, Juelz Santana, Ariane Davis, Jermaine Dupri, Diggy Simmons andBow Wow made appearances and left the event with a Sugar Factory gift bag filled with Beautiful Textures products.
On Friday, February 14th Kenaisha Douglas (Recording Artist Ashanti’s sister) debuted her line of apparell, Dymes Only, to a room of media influencers, stylists and tastemakers. Ashanti, Mainoand Juelz Santana were spotted front row at the runway show sponsored by Twenty Grand Vodka, Ciroc, Beautiful Textures and Blink Cosmetics.
