Reina Hardesty and Louis Landau on the Journey of filming Butterfly

Butterfly is a character-driven spy thriller that delves into complex family dynamics set against the treacherous world of global espionage. The story follows David Jung (Daniel Dae Kim), an enigmatic and highly unpredictable former U.S. intelligence operative living in South Korea. His life shatters. An impossible decision from his past returns to haunt him. It forces him into a deadly game of survival.

Rebecca (Reina Hardesty) is pursuing him. She is a lethal, sociopathic young agent working for Caddis. Caddis is the sinister spy organization now led by Juno (Piper Perabo), and her son Oliver Barnes (Louis Landau).

Both Hardesty and Landau deliver standout performances. They hold their own alongside industry veterans Kim and Perabo in the Amazon Prime Video thriller. I had the chance to chat with the two rising stars. We talked about their experiences working on Butterfly. We also discussed how they navigated the high-stakes world of espionage on screen.
