Back Stage At The Geffen Raises More Than $1.2 Million To Benefit Arts Education
Celebs dished about their funniest onstage moments and crazy backstage stories at the Geffen Playhouse’s annual fundraiser, Backstage at the Geffen.
The event honored the accomplishments of two leaders in the theater community and support the Geffen Playhouse’s artistic and outreach initiatives. This year, the Distinction in Service Award was presented to founding Chairman of the Board Bruce Ramer and Billy Crystal received the Distinction in Theatre Award. Backstage at the Geffen title sponsor City National Bank joined presenting sponsors Audi of America, W Los Angeles-Westwood along with its poolside restaurant, The Backyard.
