Working out has never been so hard in this hilarious new comedy series by independent filmmakers Selah Victor, Michael Onofri, and Alexa-Sascha Lewin. TRAINERS follows a band of misfit personal trainers who battle each other, absurd clients, and the threat of permanent closure of their less than lovely LA gym. The series stars established actors such as Brandon Jones (CSI, Pretty Little Liars, 2 Broke Girls), Natalie Lander (The Middle), Tim Bagley (Will & Grace, 1600 Penn), Alan Blumenfeld (Heroes), Jason Kelley (True Blood, Parks and Rec), and Dominic Rains (Flashforward, General Hospital). The project sneaks a peek at the subculture of personal training and is being presented as both a webseries and half-hour sitcom pilot. Michael and Selah, together with their director and co-producer Alexa-Sacha Lewin, shot three of the episodes.
