Singer/Songwriter Tay Allyn’s “Mass Text” Goes Viral-Part 1
Internet Sensation Tay Allyn is a recent graduate from the USC School of Theatre and Music where she was the Commencement Speaker for her class. She has created a new breed of Pop that’s like Ke$ha without the sex, and Lady Gaga without the avant garde— what are you left with? Tay singing about mundane things of everyday life to hot beats! It’s sassy, fun, and RELATABLE. She recently shot a music video for her hit single “Mass Text” which asks the age-old question, “Why didn’t I get your mass text? I’m in your contacts!” “Clean Ma Room” is her pop anthem with lines such as “I’ll have success, even in this mess!” She combines her classical songwriting training and outgoing attitude to produce pop songs that inspire you to have FUN and be yourself!
Tay is 24, full of positive energy, and is considered a great role model for all types of girls. She is no stranger to being teased; Tay had to wear an eye patch for 8 years, due to an eye impairment. In recent years she has also lost a significant amount of weight. She says “ No matter if you’re overweight, a nerd, not attractive, I was once all of those things, but with a little bit of hard work, you too can make all of your dreams come true.”
She is a triple threat; singer, actress, and comedian, equipped to be in the limelight for the long haul. Tay is a classically trained vocalist and pianist, and a force to be reckoned with. She is writing pop songs that everyday people can relate to, laugh about, and enjoy.
