Jeruvia emerged as the winner of the 2013 American Film Market Pitch Conference Competition, and returned to 2014 AFM to announce a picture deal for a Chinese theatrical release with producing partners  Natacha Devillers and Jessica Kam of Les Petites  Lumieres.

“Rain” will be adapted into Mandarin for production in mainland China with a Chinese cast.

“Chinese audiences will have an opportunity to enjoy my original love story in their own native tongue,” stated Jeruvia.  “Rain – unlike most screenplays – easily transcends cultural boundaries.”

Jeruvia retained all global rights outside of China and plans to franchise his screenplay.  “These types of deals are much more common to successful television shows/ series like “The Office” and “American Idol,” said Jeruvia.  That said, he is seeking suitable producing partner in the US, while focusing on his next territory.
