Cinema Italian Style 2014 through November 13th-18th, 2014, at the Egyptian and Aero Theaters. 
Starting November 13th, 2014 the Egyptian and Aero Theatres will present for their annual celebration of Italian cinema, opening with Italy’s official Oscar submission for Best Foreign-Language Film, Paolo Virzi’s masterful HUMAN CAPITAL, a sharp social critique cloaked in an engrossing neo-noir mystery that’s co-presented by AFI FEST.
Highlights of the series also include director Ferzan Ozpetek and actor Francesco Scianna in person with romantic drama FASTEN YOUR SEATBELTS, TV host Pif joining the festivities with his assured and hilarious directorial debut THE MAFIA ONLY KILLS IN SUMMER, Francesco Munzi appearing with his gripping crime drama BLACK SOULS, director Agostino Ferrente with his Nastro d’Argento Best Documentary winner BEAUTIFUL THINGS, plus the 2014 Cannes Film Festival Grand Prix Winner,THE WONDERS. YouTube compilation documentary ITALY IN A DAY and a new digital restoration of Giuseppe Tornatore’s 1988 classic CINEMA PARADISO are also featured.
