Hollywood, CA (May 14, 2016) – Actor Omar Gooding (Family Time, Baby Boy) joins the rise of viewing apps and internet TV to bring original content to rival the streaming services of Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. Modo Entertainment TV Network Founder Gooding unveils his collaboration with One Shot Network (OSN) and Celebrity Virtual Television Network (CVTN) at the private launch and red carpet party on Thursday, May 19, 2016 from 7 p.m. until 2 a.m. at Guy’s, 12655 Ventura Blvd. Studio City, CA located on the second level of Jerry’s Deli.

Under the guidance of OSN’s team of professionals, the three stand-alone state-of-the-art streaming technology networks will operate under OSN’s streaming platform 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. OSN, founded by Curtis Elerson, is the parent company of One Shot Films, One Shot TV and CVTN. Mondo Entertainment and CVTN are for celebrities who want to own their own channel. One Shot TV is a live streaming network and will be on a time schedule playout system. One Shot Films is an on-demand network.

Omar Gooding is an American actor and rapper known as “Big O.” He is currently the star on “Family Time” on Bounce TV. Gooding began his professional career in the early 90s. Gooding is best known for appearing in television shows such as, “Just the Ten of Us,” “Empty Nest. Hangin’ with Mr. Cooper, Smart Guy, and Playmakers, and also the films Ghost Dad and Baby Boy for which he received critical praise for his role as “Sweatpea.” Gooding launched his rap career when he was featured on the track, “No Warning,” from C-Bos album, Orca.
