Livestream Event: Asian American Writers Workshop And Minza, March 26th

Livestream event; Asian American Writers’ Workshop and Minnesota-based Mizna, a critical platform for contemporary literature, art, film, and cultural programming centering the work of Arab/Southwest Asian and North African artists.

Three writers, Andrea Abi-Karam, Romaissaa Benzizoune, and Sham-e-Ali Nayeem, take inspiration from lines from Audre Lorde’s poem “New Year’s Day”-“I am deliberate / and afraid / of nothing”-and share their work.
