BOUNCE TO AIR BET’S “JUSTICE NOW” TOWN HALL SPECIAL MONDAY, JUNE 8 AT 8:00 P.M. (ET)
Bounce will air the upcoming primetime BET News special “JUSTICE NOW: A BET Town Hall” on Monday, June 8 at 8:00 p.m. (ET).
Hosted by Marc Lamont Hill, this compelling conversation assembles a diverse panel of voices, including activists and politicians to address systemic racism, and ways American society can use the global pain and the protest over the death of George Floyd to create meaningful and lasting change.
The “JUSTICE NOW” town hall panel includes interviews and commentary from the founder of voting rights group Fair Fight Stacey Abrams, anti-racism activist and teacher Jane Elliot, activist and co-founder of Campaign Zero Brittany Packnett, Color of Change President Rashad Robinson, Princeton University Hughes-Rogers Professor of African American studies Imani Perry, Rutgers University scholar and activist Brittney Cooper, various youth activists, and others.
Bounce also partnered with BET this spring to air “SAVING OUR SELVES: A BET COVID-19 RELIEF EFFORT.”
