SpongeBob and his Bikini Bottom friends return in their biggest, all-new cinematic adventure, The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants. Determined to prove he’s a “big guy” to Mr. Krabs, SpongeBob eagerly follows the legendary Flying Dutchman—a mysterious, swashbuckling ghost pirate—on a bold seafaring quest.
His journey takes him to the deepest depths of the ocean. He travels to places no sponge has ever been. Throughout this adventure, he delivers the humor, heart, and chaos fans expect. The film is rated PG for rude humor, some thematic elements, and mild language.
