(ATLANTA) – August 16, 2019 – Actress FELISHA TERRELL heats up the screen in the new season of AMBITIONS. This new drama series is produced for OWN, by Will Packer Media, in association with Lionsgate and its producer-distributor, Debmar-Mercury. Felisha plays Marilyn Barnes, a socialite, philanthropist, one half of a power couple and a sorority sister to Stephanie Lancaster played by (Robin Givens) and Amara Hughes played by (Essence Atkins). In her recurring role as Marilyn Barnes, viewers decide if she is friend or foe in their circle. FELISHA has had one “hot girl summer”. She is starring in 2 new drama’s including OWN
Network’s AMBITIONS and UTOPIA opposite John Cusack and Sasha Lane, written and executive produced by Gillian Flynn. Standing at a sleek 5’10 she was scouted at 12 years old by a top modeling agency. Felisha is both beauty and brains, a college graduate (with honors), from the University of Iowa, but after a short stint working for a fortune 500 Healthcare company she packed up her blue ford Tempo and moved to Los Angeles on her own. With many detours, setbacks and failed relationships (ex-fiance’ to NFL Hall of Famer Terrell Owens), she landed on her feet because of hard work and dedication and was cast in her very first role on her mother’s favorite Soap Opera, DAYS OF OUR LIVES. Since then she has been cast in recurring and guest roles on several high profile shows, including, N.C.I.S. New Orleans, Rosewood, Lucifer, Supernatural, Survivors Remorse, and most recently Shooter on the USA Network. AMBITIONS airs on OWN every Tuesday 10/9c.
