3rd Annual Crave Expo Opens To Public
Crave Expo is returning for the third year in a row, this time at the historic venue, The Majestic Downtown (650 S Spring St, Los Angeles, CA 90014), on January 31, 2016 (Sunday) from 5 PM-10 PM. Known to industry insiders as the “event/wedding tradeshow of the season”, Crave Expo will be opening its doors for the first time to the general public. With a diverse collection of food and event vendors, ranging from caterers, videographers, stationary experts, and more. Crave Expo is truly a one-stop expo for all your event planning needs.
“We want [Crave] to be synonymous with events and food. We believe we can accomplish that by showcasing the finest chefs and caterers and inviting the best professionals in their respective industries to be a part of the expo, organically forging new and exciting business partnerships” said Jacob Lee, co-founder of Crave. As a chef himself, Jacob quickly realized the challenges and limited opportunities for industry newcomers to gain exposure, express culinary creativity, and grow the business. Jacob partnered with Peter Paik and Martin Kim to create an effective platform for chefs, caterers, and other like-minded businesses and entrepreneurs to showcase their ingenuity and talent in front of the right audience.
This year, attendees can expect vendors like Wife of the Party, known for their work with celebrity clients such as Russell Peters and P!nk, as well as Crave favorites like Mr. Bartender, craft cocktail bartender for P.Diddy, and Chef Kevin Warren, Pharrell Williams’ go-to for gourmet southern cuisine.
