THE CREATIVE TEAM BEHIND THE MAKING OF TED LASSO
Ted Lasso’ Season 2 Premieres July 23rd
The hit series Ted Lasso has been renewed by Apple Tv for a second season. The comedy cleaned up during award season securing a Golden Globe and SAG Award for Sudeikis. It also won every award it was nominated for at the 2021 Critics’ Choice Awards, including a best supporting actress win for Waddingham.
But a show is only as good as the creative team putting all the pieces together. On the Virtual press day we were able to hear from Costume Designer Jacky Levy, Production Designer Paul Cripps, Casting Director Theo Park, and Makeup & Hair Designer – Nicky Austin
Jason Sudeikis plays Ted Lasso, a small-time college football coach from Kansas hired to coach a professional soccer team in England, despite having no experience coaching soccer.
