On Sunday, Sept. 15 Amazon’s Treasure Truck teamed up with Focus Features to host an exclusive event in honor of the upcoming “Downton Abbey” film premiere. It was a picturesque afternoon as the Lawn at the Grove transformed into a Downton-themed garden party, reminiscent of a scene from the English countryside in the early 20 th century.
The Lawn was filled with staff and actors dressed in their 1920’s best, as guests indulged in tea-time favorites including scones, biscuits, and elegant tea sandwiches. Guests celebrated the occasion with lawn games such as croquet and quoits and enjoyed a live string quartet band throughout the day.
This Grand High Tea Experience was the perfect affair to celebrate the upcoming release of Focus Features’ Motion Picture “Downton Abbey,” will make its U.S. premiere, Friday, Sept. 20.
