The amazingly talented Iranian-American filmmaker Desiree Akhavan on #Shortitout Q&A! Best known for her directorial debut feature Appropriate Behaviour (2014) and more recently The Miseducation of Cameron Post (2018), she also wrote, directed, and starred in the Channel 4 series The Bisexual.
They will be chatting with Desiree about her filmmaking journey from her lesbian comedy web series The Slope (2010) to Grand Jury Prize Winner at Sundance Film Festival for The Miseducation of Cameron Post and making films about a subject that deeply personal to you.
