Expedition Entertainment Presents ‘Murder At Cafe Noir

Join Expedition Entertainment at Culver City Elks Lodge on September 9th, 2023 at 7 pm for an interactive mystery and dining experience. Travel back to the 1940s for this rip-roaring ride with a delightful but strange bunch of characters that will both help you and deceive you as you try to solve the murders for yourself. The evening starts with a newspaper as your first clue as you take your seat.

 Characters will approach you and interact with you as well as have a scripted portion of the evening. Come and engage your mind, analyze clues, decipher motives, and craft your theory about the unfolding mystery.  A three-course meal will be served so try not to let the murders ruin your appetite. John K. Wilson

John K Wilson(plays Richard Archer) is a seasoned actor with most of his life spent on stage. John has appeared as Prof Harold Hill in Music Man, Curly in Oklahoma, Billy Flynn in Chicago, Sheriff Ed Earl Dodd, Melvin P Thorpe in Best Little Whorehouse, Cliff Bradshaw, Conrad Birdie in Bye, Bye Birdie as well as many others. He has also appeared on television in shows The Rookie, Monk, Ally McBeal, Trouble Creek, Arrest, and Trial to name a few, and films I See You Dot Com, Lost Signal, and Meet Amelia. John is also the head of production at Expedition Entertainment and this is his latest project. 

Lisa Enochs

Lisa Enochs(plays Sheila Wonderly) Lisa’s California stage appearances include Grove Theater Center (The Baby Dance, The Becket Project II: Play, Lend Me A Tenor, The Foreigner); South Coast Repertory Professional Conservatory (The Battle of Bull Run Always Makes Me Cry); Costa Mesa Civic Playhouse (A Chorus Line); Huntington Beach Playhouse (A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum), Mystery Café / Gourmet Detective – Swing for all productions from 1998-2019. Anime Voice Over credits include (Stratos 4, Magical Meow Meow Taruto, Duel Masters, Patlabor I & II, Rainbow Mountain, Sylvanian Families, Zegapain, as well as radio commercial jingles).  She was the National Teen Spokesperson for John Robert Powers for 2 1/2 years, as well as their British Teen Spokesperson. Lisa has a B.A. in Theater and French Literature from U.C. Santa Barbara and spent her Junior year studying abroad at the University of Bordeaux in France.

Joseph Leonard Stefanelli

Joseph Leonard Stefanelli(playsThursby/Vangilder/Rigfield) Joseph(born September 11, 1960, in San Francisco) is an American musician and actor, of Italian descent, who is best known for performing as John Lennon in the 1994 film Forrest Gump.[1]

Stefanelli arrived into the world of entertainment in 1989, by a chance meeting through a mutual friend who asked him to sit in on some jam sessions with Duncan Faure, a former lead singer of the Bay City Rollers. Duncan had recently been in touch with Ian Mitchell and the two decided to,  in essence, reform the Bay City Rollers. Duncan volunteered Joe to play bass, though Joe could only play an acoustic guitar at the time, In just two weeks, Joe accomplished the bass guitar and went on tour with the group. This was just the beginning of his life in music.

Antonio J. Medina

Antonio J Medina (plays Anthony Cairo) Puertorican born, bilingual and ethnically ambiguous, aside from acting, modeling, dancing and college degree in arts, Antonio is a optician and mixologist. Actively in acting training and coaching, Antonio can portray an age range from high school/college student up to thirties, and favors antagonist roles. He has acted and produced in several indie film projects, theater, co-runs as vice-president to a online streaming platform and film festival “Press Play Cinema” and has had award recognitions for his performances.

Raven Sinclaire

Raven Sinclaire(plays Maria Larue) is an actress AND veterinarian from Dallas, TX. She grew up doing musical theater along with speech/debate competitions. After taking a break from acting to become a doctor for dogs and cats, she is back pursuing her childhood dream of acting in Los Angeles, CA. You can catch her at your local watering hole sining karaoke or at the beach.

 Rachel Levy( plays Madam Toureau) is excited to make her debut as Madam. Originally from Seattle, she has a BA in Drama from the University of Washington and has also studied Theatre in London as well as comedy improv with The Groundlings.  Rachel was most recently seen onstage as Puck in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (House of Bards). Karl Jaecke (plays Simon Gutterman)-Karl is pleased to be recreating his Role of Simon Gutterman. Karl has had a long history with murder(mystery that is) having performed for over 15 years in the Gourmet Detective playing a variety of roles. Karl just recently retired from his role as a skipper on The World Famous  Jungle Cruise where he kept passengers from getting over bored. I want to thank God for this chance to perform with some talented old friends again. Now just sit back relax and enjoy the Mystery.
