The objective of Industry Connects first is to SUPPORT and educate independent urban music, create more sales opportunities, and most of all educate all musicians wanting more in-depth knowledge of the music industry. “Industry Connects” has become a well-established name throughout the independent creative community here in Los Angeles, CA. The Edutainment Foundation and Da Radio Show have partnered with Compton Community College to bring Industry Connects. Industry Connects has been designed to educate independent music artists, producers, and record label executives who have chosen the music industry to be their livelihood.
Originating back in 2006, Industry Connects has educated over 1000 participants throughout its existence as a music seminar. This year is no different. The full-day event will feature several workshops, pre-parties, mini concerts, independent music awards, an endless time of networking with the finest representatives in the music business, and an unforgettable entertaining agenda that will feature performances by mainstream independent artists. All stage performances will be headlined by artists who have been consistently charted and played on Da Radio Show and their affiliate shows.
